Data Retention:

As part of the application process for Knockadoon Music & Liturgy Course we collect certain information.  Your name, address, contact phone number, if you have a medical condition and some more details.

As part of our Child Protection policy, Knockadoon camp retains a copy of this information for a period of 7 years, at which point the information is destroyed. This information is stored securely at all times.

We may use your address and/or email address to inform you of future Music & Liturgy Courses and Events.

Your information will not be used for any other purpose, and will not be passed onto any other person or third party organisation.

Photos/Video:

We will be taking many photos and video footage during the course of the week. These are then used for course related promotional materials in print, video and online.

How much does it cost?

The cost of the course is €250. This includes all course materials, accommodation and all meals. The initial deposit of €20 [taken at booking application] is strictly non-refundable. Application confirmation will not be allocated until receipt of full course fees.

COVID-19

Due to the residential nature of the course and in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we ask that all participants undergo a COVID-19 test within 48hrs prior to arriving on camp. If you test positive within the time leading up to camp, please complete your isolation period, in line with government guidelines. Do not come to camp and please let us know by emailing [email protected]. A member of the team will follow up with you.
